University College Dublin hosts more than 26,000 students based in six colleges, of which 6000 are international students and 1500 are PhD students. The university is situated on a large modern campus located about 4 km south of the centre of Dublin. The College of Science comprises seven Schools: Biology and Environmental Science; Biomolecular and Biomedical Science; Chemistry; Computer Science; Earth Sciences; Mathematics and Statistics; and Physics.
