Essential Requirements for applicants
- Experience designing Firmware that runs on FPGA’s / SoC’s (system on Chips);
- Onsite Dedication: Work onsite to immerse in our secure environment;
- Security Clearance: Qualify for full, unrestricted, UK Security Clearance;
- You’ll need to be a UK National, either from birth, or naturalised as well as being a permanent UK Resident for the last 5 years. Due to security clearance requirements for this position we are unable to consider dual nationals and non-UK nationals for this particular role.
Our Locations
The Wireless Product Team are spread across 3 sites, Our Guildford employees team work from the BAE Digital Intelligence HQ and Labs which is based on the beautiful Surrey Research Park with lush green surroundings and lakes. We have facilities in the modern Circle Square building in Central Manchester as well as Gloucester.
Due to the sensitive nature of our work please be aware that Wireless Products Team roles are full-time onsite roles working in secure environments.

- Our engineering programmes require a 2.2 degree (some require 2.1) in a relevant tech/cyber or STEM subject

What we are looking for
We’re looking for people who are hungry for a technical challenge, want a noble and rewarding mission, enjoy making things or understanding how technology works, who want to develop their skills and enjoy solving complex problems. In particular, we’re looking for:
- Graduates typically in the fields of cyber/tech/computer science, electrical and electronic engineering, physics, mathematics (we do offer consultancy graduate programmes, which are open to any discipline).
- Software developers/engineers, electronic engineers, DSP engineers, FPGA developers, front-end developers, consultants.

Desired degree disciplines/class
The majority of our graduate programmes will accept a 2.2 degree in a relevant tech/cyber or STEM subject.
