A post-doctoral research position is open in the high energy physics group at the University of Regensburg.

The researcher will contribute to the work of the RQCD collaboration which includes Prof. Sara Collins, Prof. Gunnar Bali and Dr Wolfgang Soeldner. The collaboration has an active research programme in lattice gauge theory including hadron structure and spectroscopy, as well as precision physics of heavy hadrons. The group is part of the Coordinated Lattice Simulations (CLS) consortium.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and will run until the end of September 2027, with the possibility of an extension. The applicant should have a doctoral degree or expect to receive a doctoral degree in physics before the start of the appointment.
