Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Demonstrated expertise in teaching Physics at the secondary level
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Strong communication skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues effectively
Ability to inspire a passion for scientific inquiry and critical thinking

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and promote active learning
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individualised learning needs
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and enriching extracurricular activities
Foster a positive classroom climate where curiosity, creativity, and respect thrive
Actively participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities
