The INFN QFT@Colliders group in Milano-Bicocca invites applications from non-Italian citizens, or Italian citizens who have been continuously abroad for at least three years, for a two-year postdoctoral position in the area of PHENOMENOLOGY of fundamental interactions, expected to start indicatively in the Fall 2025 (INFN Bando/call number N.27076).
The main scientific research interests of the group are: higher-order calculation in the QCD and electroweak sectors of the Standard Model and beyond, resummation and Monte Carlo event generators of increasing precision (POWHEG and GENEVA).
The Phenomenology group has 4 faculty members (Alioli, Oleari, Re and Rottoli) and several postdocs and PhD students. Close collaboration exists with the local CMS and LHCb experimental groups and with the Phenomenology group at the University of Milano.
