In offices around the globe, our employees are relentless problem solvers who collaborate to make optimal decisions.
Why work for us
Working at Susquehanna allows you to apply your quantitative skills and systematic thinking to trading environments. To meet the market’s unique challenges, our employees are constantly testing their theories in real time. We give you ample space to think deeply about the questions you are contemplating and provide a variety of tools to solve complex problems.

As a quant, you will begin your career in the Quantitative Research + Systematic Trading Program, which bridges the gap between academia and industry. You will gain insights into financial markets to ensure a well-rounded understanding of the industry. We teach you how to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data using internal data sets. This foundation prepares you to develop practical strategies for real-world application. Our trading floor serves as an unlimited source of discussion for learning and development.
What we are looking for

Quantitative researchers develop the building blocks of trading strategies, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a relentless drive for deeper understanding.
