PostDoc position in cosmology

The Institute for Theoretical Particle Physics and Cosmology (TTK) at RWTH Aachen University invites applications for a postdoctoral position in cosmology (salary scale E13 TVL). The appointment is initially for two years, starting in summer or fall 2025, and may be further extended subject to performances. The position will be affiliated to the cosmology group of Prof. Julien Lesgourgues.

The group covers several areas in cosmology: particle cosmology, physics of the early universe, CMB physics, Large Scale Structure (galaxy correlations, lensing, 21cm), Numerical Cosmology, current and future surveys (Euclid, DESI, SKA, SO, LiteBird, etc.), and gravitational waves in cosmology. Applicants should have acquired solid international-level skills in one or several of these topics. Some expertise in Large Scale Structure theory would be particularly appreciated, as well as the ability to work in connection with Euclid.
