Job Title: Physics Teacher (Key Stage 3/4)
Location: Sheldon, Birmingham
Hours:Full time
Aspire People are seeking a talented and passionate Physics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Sheldon, Birmingham. If you are dedicated to delivering high–quality teaching and have a passion for inspiring the next generation of scientists, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Physics to Key Stage 3/ 4 students, preparing them for GCSE exams.
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love of science.
Track student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
Work collaboratively with other teachers in the Science department to enhance the curriculum.
Requirements:
A qualified teacher with a degree in Physics or a related subject.
Experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 3/4 level is desirable, but newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are also welcome to apply.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in the subject matter.
A passion for Physics and a desire to inspire students to pursue further studies in the sciences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
A proactive, adaptable, and motivated individual with a focus on student success.
A PGCE or QTS qualification
A valid DBS clearance
