Your responsibilities
- As President, you lead all sales, business development and key account management activities of the Zurich Instruments Americas Region acting as the voice of our customers;
- You lead and continuously develop our USA-based team, which currently consists of 12 people;
- You define and implement the mid- and long-term sales strategy for the regional business in close collaboration with our CSO and the Product Management;
- You define and implement marketing plans for North America;
- You are in charge of all financial and legal aspects of managing our subsidiary in Boston, MA;
- You acquire and manage government-funded projects with local and Zurich-based people.
Your profile
- Passionate about sales and obsessed with getting better every day;
- MSc degree in physics, engineering, or related technical field, MBA is a plus;
- 5+ years of experience in international sales in test & measurement, science market preferred;
- 5+ years of experience of sales to academia and industry in the North American market – experience in marketing as a plus;
- Inclusive sales leader with the ability to inspire and coach a diverse team of creative and highly skilled individuals inside and outside of your reporting line;
- Track record in leading leaders and managing a sales organization with a customer-focused approach;
- Empathic, creative, persistent, well-structured, and analytical mind with experience in strategy, CRM, and business process development;
- US citizenship or eligibility to work in the USA.
