PhD position in Particle Physics

The Particle Physics group at the University of Liverpool offers fully funded PhD positions on a wide range of experiments including ATLAS, LHCb and FASER at the LHC; the T2K, Hyper-Kamiokande, SBND, DUNE and LEGEND neutrino experiments, the LZ, DarkSide, DarkSPHERE and Magis100/AION dark matter experiments and precision muon experiments including g-2, mu2e, mu3e and muEDM. We also have opportunities in detector technology development for precision silicon tracking sensors and liquid argon technology.
