Founded in 2022, Quobly is a fast-growing start-up located in Grenoble’s vibrant and multidisciplinary ecosystem. The company relies on the CNRS Neel Institute and CEA-Leti and benefits from the dynamic of strong links between research and industry.

The characterization team is looking for a quantum measurement engineer to strengthen its forces on low temperature measurments.

What awaits you every day at Quobly: Mission

  • You will measure and characterize quantum dots fabricated using CMOS process;
  • You will perform low temperature experiments using home-made dipsticks;
  • You will evaluate the charge properties of quantum dots and report on their quality for different process splits and devices architectures;
  • You will develop automated test and analysis routines that will be integrated to our characterization flow.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with talented people, in a culture of transparency and autonomy;

  • Contribute to the success of the industrial collaborations with CEA and CNRS

You are special because:

  • You have knowledge in physics of semiconductor and quantum devices, particularly the charge properties of semiconductor quantum dots;
  • You have experience in cryogenic measurements and electrical characterization;
  • You have Python skills to develop tests and analysis routines;
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills (English);
