Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity in Quantum Computing and Quantum Optimal Control Theory

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent postdoctoral researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Scientific Independence: Proven ability to design and execute research projects autonomously;
• Scientific Writing Skills: Strong track record in publishing high-quality scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals;
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum computing and/or quantum optimal control theory.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Physics or a related field;
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, JULIA, or similar).

Postdoctoral Scholarship:

The selected candidate will receive from FAPESP the amount of R$ 12,000.00 per month and a technical reserve equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the scholarship for expenses related to the research project (travels, etc).
