Corporate Membership Coordinator

Optica is recruiting for a Corporate Membership Coordinator. The Corporate Membership Coordinator provides administrative support to the Corporate Membership Team with a focus on processing corporate memberships applications, corporate memberships renewals, and the main contact for corporate members support. 



  1. Processing new member applications
    1. Outreach to potential members via phone and email and maintain updates in CRM
    2. Coordinate with finance department and IT for new member onboarding
    3. Coordinate with marketing department for promotion of new members on social media
  2. Processing member renewals
    1. Outreach to current members via phone and email and maintain updates in CRM
    2. Coordinate with finance department and IT for current member renewals
    3. Coordinate with marketing department for promotion of renewals on social media
    4. Complete termination process (with approval)
  3. Manage member support
    1. Track current corporate members’ usage of Optica’s resources and benefits
    2. Respond to corporate member inquiries in a timely fashion
  4. Maintain a robust and clean CRM database; perform monthly audits to ensure data is relevant and current


  • 4-year degree required
  • 2-4 years work experience in a professional environment
  • Prior membership experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer service practices is a plus



  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Software: Kentico and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
  • Ability to learn databases (ACT, Salesforce, NetForum)
  • Fluent in English


This position has possibility to work remotely from worldwide location.
